Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled within 12 hours. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us immediately and no later than within 12 hours. After 12 hours it can no longer be cancelled as the packaging and shipping process has started, even before the tracking number is created.

Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know within 30 days and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

If you are unsatisfied with your order you can also return it if you contact us within 30 days from the reception of your chair. Please contact our support at hello@ergoal.com and we will help you out!

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs and restocking, for which we charge $60, which will be deducted from the refund amount. We will provide a prepaid return-shipping label to you. You have the choice to send the item back yourself with a tracked shipping method via UPS, FedEX or USPS, and you must provide us with the tracking number. In this case, we will not charge any amount for return-shipping and restocking.

We do not issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors not within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).

*You can submit the refund request within 30 days after the product was delivered as evidenced by the UPS or FedEx Tracking information or 30 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (30 days) has expired if no tracking information is available.
